Reporting a problem

If the tool produced a bad result, the most useful things to include are what the image was like — smooth background or detailed, how large the mark was, image or video — and what you expected. Please do not send us the file itself; we do not want a copy of your images, and there is nothing we could do with it that we cannot do from a description.

This site hosts no user images. Files are processed on the visitor's own device and never reach our servers, so there is nothing hosted here to take down. If you believe the site itself infringes your rights, write to the address above with details and we will respond.
